SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All Le Freq items are made to order with a production time of 7-10 business days. This does not include shipping time. Please plan accordingly for time-sensitive events.

Shipping Methods and Times We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada via standard delivery:

United States: 2-5 business days after production
Canada: 3-7 business days after production
International: $18.30 shipping fee, 7-14 business days after production

Total Delivery Time

US/Canada: 9-17 business days from order placement
International: 14-24 business days from order placement

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Carriers We use trusted shipping partners including USPS, UPS, and Canada Post to ensure reliable delivery.

Tracking Information You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
