REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we have a limited return policy designed to ensure quality while respecting our production process.

Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, production begins and cancellations are not possible. You can contact us at hello@lefreq.co to request a cancellation within this timeframe.

Returns and Exchanges Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. All items are made to order specifically for each customer.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@lefreq.co if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund for verified manufacturing defects.

What We Consider Manufacturing Defects:

• Printing errors or poor print quality
• Damaged items due to production issues
• Wrong item shipped
• Significant size discrepancies from our sizing guide

Processing Time All items are made to order with a production time of 7-10 business days, plus shipping time. Please plan accordingly for time-sensitive events.

European Union 14 Day Rights For EU customers, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, due to the personalized nature of our print-on-demand products, this right may not apply unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
